We can’t emphasise strongly enough the importance of choosing quality products. In general, cheap products will break down or create problems in the short or long-term.
The best way to assess a brand is to check that they comply with the CEC accreditation list, review well via independent reviewing platforms, and have a global presence and offices in Australia. This indicates that they’re market leaders with a local team to handle warranties and replacements.
To make things easier for our customers, we’ve handpicked the best products which we’re happy to work with. Although all our recommended products are high quality, it includes a small range of prices to suit different budgets.
For example, we currently recommend four premium inverters at different price points. These include Fronius, which are made in Austria, Europe and come with a 10-year warranty, and SolarEdge from Israel with a 12 year warranty.
